Where does my order ship from?
Our manufacturing and production facility is located in Danbury, CT.
How long does it take to receive my order?
COVID-19 Update: Due to unprecedented circumstances, order processing times may be slightly delayed and/or arrive in multiple shipments.
Many factors contribute to the shipping and handling times, but here’s a general guide:
- US: 2 business days
- International: 3 business days
- Continental US: 5-7 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7-10 business days
- International: 10-12 business days
If you don’t recieve a shipping confirmation email within two business days for domestic orders or three business days for international orders, first check your spam folder, then contact us. Please include your order number in your message.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all of our orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require a different carrier, please contact us to set up alternate arrangements. We have the ability to ship any size container in full compliance with the DOT.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping is free for all orders over $20. For orders under $20, shipping only costs $2. International shipping fees are calculated based on USPS rates.

Important shipping disclaimers
We are not responsible for carrier delays such accidental mis-routing, weather conditions, COVID-19-related delays, etc.
We are not responsible for orders after the carrier declares them “delivered.” If you think your package was stolen, please contact your neighbors, local USPS branch, or the police.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you aren’t happy with your order, please contact us so we can offer a resolution. Please include your order number in your message.
